At SUDAIZ, we want you to love what you order. If something isn't right, we're here to help with a simple 7-day return policy.
7-Day Return Window
You can request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order. Requests made after 7 days cannot be accepted. Conditions for Return or Exchange
To be eligible, your product must meet the following conditions: Perfumes: The bottle must not be empty. It should be unused or only lightly used, with most of the fragrance still in the bottle.
All products: Items must not be heavily used, damaged, dirty, or altered in any way.
The product must be returned with its original packaging, box, and any included accessories.
Proof of purchase (order number or order confirmation) must be provided.
Refund or Exchange
If your return is approved, you can choose between: A refund to your original payment method, or An exchange for another product of your choice (subject to availability).
How to Request a Return
Email or whatsapp us at sudaiz.contact@gmail.com 03369230228 within 7 days of receiving your order. Include your order number, your name, the reason for return, and clear photos of the product.
Our team will review your request and reply with the next steps. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund or exchange.
Refund Timeline
Approved refunds are processed within 5 to 7 working days after we receive and inspect the returned product.
Damaged or Wrong Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost to you.

Shipping Costs
For returns due to a change of mind, the return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer. If the return is due to our mistake (wrong or damaged item), we will cover the shipping.
